Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy on full-priced items, which means you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return, this can be done from your order confirmation or through your account here. Returns are made at your own cost and must be recieved by us within 14 days of your return request. Refunds will only be processed upon receipt of the items and after inspection by the team.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, in its original packaging, with tags still attached. You’ll also need the order number, reciept or proof of purchase.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards or custom orders.
In-Person Purchases
Items purchased in person at an event or pop-up are not elligible for a return, if you would like to excahnge your item please contact us and we will endevour to assist whilst stocks last.
Exchanges
If you have a problem with your order or would like an exchange please contact us at support@intotumfashion.com
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want may be to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If your return is accepted, we will refund it excluding any shipping cost on your original payment method, including priority/first class, within 10 business days. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return through the portal or emailing us at support@intotumfashion.com will not be accepted.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalised items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
